By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About Family CareSync

Family CareSync is a caregiving organization and coordination application.

Depending on available features and user permissions, it may help users:

  • Organize patient and caregiving information.
  • Track appointments and care activities.
  • Maintain medication and supplement records.
  • Record vital measurements and care history.
  • Coordinate information among authorized care team members.
  • Use optional third-party integrations.

Some features may be under development, offered in testing, or changed over time.

3. Eligibility

You may use Family CareSync only if you are legally permitted to do so.

You must have appropriate authorization to enter, access, or share information about another person.

If you act on behalf of another individual, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authority or consent.

4. Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.

Do not share your login credentials with other people.

Each caregiver should use their own authorized account.

Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

5. Caregiving Records and User Content

Family CareSync allows authorized users to enter, upload, organize, and manage caregiving information.

You are responsible for the information you submit and for ensuring that you have the right to submit it.

You agree not to knowingly enter false or misleading information that could compromise another person's care.

You retain any ownership rights you have in content you submit.

You grant Family CareSync permission to process that content as necessary to provide the service and perform functions you request, subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Care Team Collaboration and Permissions

Family CareSync supports collaboration among authorized family members and caregivers.

Depending on the application's available controls, users with administrative privileges may invite caregivers, assign roles, and manage access to patient information.

You agree to invite only individuals who are authorized to access the relevant information.

You must respect the permissions assigned to you.

Do not attempt to access patient information outside your authorized role.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Important Medical Notice

Family CareSync is a care coordination and record-organization tool. It is not a medical provider or emergency service.

The application does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical monitoring.

Information entered into Family CareSync should not replace instructions from qualified healthcare professionals.

Users are responsible for verifying important care information, including medication instructions, dosages, and appointment details.

Do not rely on Family CareSync for emergency alerts, emergency communications, or time-critical medical decisions.

In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

8. Google Calendar and Third-Party Integrations

Family CareSync is developing optional integration with Google Calendar.

When available, users may choose to connect their own Google accounts and authorize specific permissions.

The planned integration is designed to allow users to select a calendar, associate it with an authorized patient, and configure synchronization preferences.

Automated calendar synchronization is currently in development and is not generally available.

By connecting a third-party service, you authorize Family CareSync to access and process the permitted information for the functionality you choose to use.

Your use of third-party services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

You may be able to disconnect supported integrations through Family CareSync or revoke authorization through the third-party provider.

Revoking authorization may stop future access, but may not automatically delete information previously synchronized or events already created in another calendar.

Additional information about Google data is available in our Privacy Policy .

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Family CareSync lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

  • Access another person's information without authorization.
  • Share sensitive information with unauthorized individuals.
  • Attempt to bypass security controls or user permissions.
  • Interfere with the operation of the application.
  • Introduce malware or harmful code.
  • Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to access another user's connected accounts without authorization.

10. Intellectual Property

The Family CareSync application, its branding, original design, and original software-related materials are owned by their respective rights holders.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Family CareSync intellectual property to users.

Users retain applicable ownership rights in their own submitted content.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you permission to access and use the service for its intended purposes.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features over time.

Some features may be available only during limited testing.

We cannot guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

External services, including Google Calendar, may experience outages, access changes, or other limitations outside our control.

Because caregiving may involve time-sensitive responsibilities, users should maintain appropriate backup arrangements for critical information.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Family CareSync at any time.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Account termination does not necessarily delete records shared with other authorized caregivers.

For information about privacy requests and data deletion, consult our Privacy Policy .

Legal Review Required

The following provisions must be reviewed for your jurisdiction and business model before publication.
